Experiencing wholeness through creative expression, reflection and sharing
Wholeness brings a sense of authenticity and integrity, a feeling of being well-rounded, connected to the world and in tune with nature. This means being fully embodied and actively reconnecting
with inner vitality, joyfulness, playfulness and creative expression.
In this group process we will be exploring our inner worlds enabling each of us to find our own unique expression and true voice. We will be using active imagination, stories, dreamwork, and
creative art activities like expressive movement, body-mapping, mask-making and painting to explore our experiences and questions.
As facilitators we aim for a safe, confidential and committed group experience. We have multi-disciplinary backgrounds and cross-cultural experience and have extensive skills working with
individuals and groups combining gender issues with depth psychological approaches. We share a common commitment to bringing in embodiment through Jungian depth psychology, movement and creative
expression.
